Guide to Shore Fishing in Jersey

This is only a rough guide to the fishing
that can be expected in the month of : June

Fishing for Black Bream, from marks such as Bouley Bay, St.Catherine's Breakwater, St.Brelades, Elizabeth Castle, Le Saie, L'Etacquerel etc, etc... should be well underway by now......

Again spinning / plugging for bass, pollack, mackerel, and garfish from rocky marks...... or you may wish to change tactics and target wrasse.

Fishing for thick-lipped mullet from the harbours has to be another option to seriously consider.....

General ground fishing should yield such species as plaice, dogfish, rays, pouting, as well as the option to fish for conger.
