Pennel-Twist

For this rig, you will need....
Snood line such as 25lb Amnesia,
two hooks... these may be the same size or they may differ ...
I tend to have a larger hook set above a smaller one, but others may do the reverse..

Cut the end of the Amnesia into a point, and thread the line through the eye of what will be the top hook.....

Take the other hook and tie it off to the end, using a grinner knot or half blood knot...

Start to wind the top hook shank around the line..
Four to five turns should be enough....

You should now have something that looks like this!!!!!

You now have a pennel-twist that can be attached to the main rig body that you wish to construct....
You can adjust the distance between the hooks to suit the bait being used.... this is best done once the bait has been mounted via the lower hook..... and then wrap the top hook around the line to hold it in place...
